1. Introduction
Welcome to Taxibooking-cu! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.
A deposit is required via PayPal at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Full payment must be made by the end of every service (tour/transfer) paying the total amount in cash. The deposit is not refundable.
We accept payments through PayPal and cash.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
In case of advanced payment of the total amount of the service, cancellations made 30 days before the service departure date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7-1 days of the departure date will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Taxibooking-cu reserves the right to cancel tours and provide a full refund.

4. Changes to Itinerary
Taxibooking-cu reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen events.
We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives.

5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

6. Liability
Taxibooking-cu is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
We are not responsible for the actions of third-party service providers, including transportation companies, accommodation providers and restaurants.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
Customers must comply with the laws and regulations of the cuban government's regulations.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings and must take necessary precautions to safeguard them.

8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Taxibooking-cu reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.
